At Rentify Property, we strive to provide excellent service. However, we understand that circumstances may require cancellations. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business operations.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion at the time of cancellation request.

Full Refund Eligible
  • Cancellation before biometric verification begins
  • Service not delivered due to our technical issues
  • Incorrect information provided by our team
  • Service quality does not meet promised standards
Partial Refund Eligible
  • Cancellation after biometric but before document processing
  • Customer requests major changes after processing begins
  • Delays due to incorrect information provided by customer
No Refund
  • Cancellation after document completion and delivery
  • Customer unavailability for biometric verification
  • Rejection due to invalid or fraudulent documents
  • Cancellation due to legal disputes between parties
Refund Process & Timeline

How to Request a Refund:

  1. 1. Contact our support team via phone or email
  2. 2. Provide your order ID and reason for cancellation
  3. 3. Our team will review your request within 24 hours
  4. 4. Refund will be processed if eligible

Refund Timeline:

  • • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • • Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • • UPI/Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • • Bank Transfer: 3-7 business days
Important Notes
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction
  • Processing fees and government charges (stamp duty, registration) are non-refundable
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of service completion
  • In case of disputes, our decision will be final and binding subject to applicable laws
